		<description>Draga Cristi, ceea ce ai cumparat din Franta sunt amestecuri de condimente pentru satay, nu satay. 
Satay denumeste, de fapt, frigaruile, dar nu numai de pui, ci si de vita, porc, peste, oaie, miel, capra etc. Este un termen folosit in Asia de Sud-Est, in special in Indonezia, dar si in Thailanda, Laos, Cambodgia, Singapore, Malaezia. In variantele traditionale, aceste frigarui se servesc alaturi de un sos de alune, sau bucatile de carne se tavalesc printr-un amestec de condimente si alune macinate, inainte de a fi puse pe gratar. Alunele sunt, de fapt, elementul caracteristic al satay-ului, daca doresti sa fii consistent, nu mai spun ca ofera si un gust exceptional carnii.</description>
