This wine was disgorged on the 6th October 2008. In the glass it sparkles with a clear, ripe golden colour and a fine, smooth mousseux. The nose offers splendid aromas of apples, some bread crust, yeast dough, some citrus fruit and a hint of caramel. A very well aged champagne-bouquet.
