A very light brick red with brown-red margin with a very fine, dusty sediment. Looking more like a Pinot Noir than a Cabernet, but this producers is known for its lighter colours, so don’t let yourself be fooled. The nose reminds me strongly of a classic Riojas. Very ethereal (oranges), white pepper, some old leather, blackthorn, figs and raisins. It is becoming smoother with some time aromas of sherry-wine, walnuts and pencil are appearing. At the palate then more classic Borde
